Good Hair Day - Risotto al Limone 250g

Our Risotto Limone is a refreshing and delicious variation on the classic Italian risotto. This dish combines the creamy texture of a traditionally prepared risotto with the refreshing freshness of lemons. Carefully selected ingredients and the perfect balance of acidity and creaminess make this risotto a unique taste experience.

Ingredients
Rice, lemon (3%), onion, zucchini, parsley. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery.

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, salt and pepper, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little more vegetable stock during the cooking process. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then let it stand briefly and season with butter and Parmesan to taste.
