Good Hair Day - Risotto Al Tartufo 250g

Risotto with truffles.

Ingredients
98.4% Arborio rice, 0.5% summer truffles/truffles (Tuber aestivum vitt), vegetable stock (salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, herbal extracts)), garlic, parsley. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery.

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, salt and pepper, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little more vegetable stock during the cooking process. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then let it stand briefly and season with butter and Parmesan to taste.
