Good Hair Day - Risotto Al Vino 250g

Risotto with aromatic red wine sauce. 

Ingredients
98% Arborio rice, dehydrated red wine preparation [maltodextrin, red wine (contains sulphites), red wine extract (contains sulphites), glucose], radicchio (Italian leafy salad vegetable), beetroot powder. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery.

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, salt and pepper, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little more vegetable stock during the cooking process. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then leave to stand briefly and season with butter and parmesan to taste.
