Good Hair Day - Risotto Allo Zafferano 250g

Risotto with saffron.

Ingredients
96% Arborio rice, onions, vegetable stock [salt, potato starch, maltodextrin, yeast extract, vegetable extracts (carrot, onion), sunflower oil, herbal extracts], turmeric, parsley, 0.05% saffron. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery.

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, salt and pepper, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little more vegetable stock while cooking. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then let it stand briefly and season with butter and parmesan to taste.
