Ingredients
Rice, carrots, courgettes, peas, tomatoes, onions, leeks. May contain traces of gluten, nuts and celery.

Preparation
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onions, salt and pepper, then add the risotto and fry briefly. Add 850 ml of warm water and a little more vegetable stock during the cooking process. Cooking time: 15-20 minutes. Then leave to stand briefly and season with butter and Parmesan to taste.
