Lion Sabatier Ideal herb knife, 10 cm, steel/black

Lion Sabatier knives have been made entirely in Thiers, France since 1812. The Ideal Provencao series is forged in the 100% traditional way from hard 4116N+ Nitro steel (58-60 on the Rockwell scale). This makes them hard enough to compete with Japanese knives. Despite the high hardness, they are still good to sharpen yourself with a ceramic sharpening steel.
The Sabatier Ideal POM series have a handle made of unbreakable POM plastic. Like every knife from Lion. It is perfectly finished with a seamless design and rounded corners.
The series has an elegant, slim design with a wide handle. This design of the knife ensures that it fits nicely in the hand and protects your fingers from slipping.
