Pie pans in the original design with wavy edge and flat bottom at 25 cm and 27.5 cm.
Pillivuyt's dishes and moulds present food beautifully and create a complete culinary experience from oven to table. The porcelain is not only highly resistant to knocks and bumps. Pillivuyt's ovenproof porcelain also withstands thermal shock from -30°C to +350°C - so you can take the dish out of the freezer and put it directly into a hot oven.
The unique properties of porcelain are due to the special porcelain mass and the extremely high temperature at which it is fired.
Pillivuyt porcelain also has the added benefit of absorbing and distributing heat in an optimal way, so your food stays warm long after it has been removed from the oven.
